GetCodeReviews ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Account information — When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via our authentication provider (Clerk).

Code submissions — We store the code you submit for review, the language, score, and AI-generated results so you can access your review history.

Usage data — We collect information about how you use the Service, including the number of reviews run, plan type, and feature usage, to operate and improve the Service.

Payment information — Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. We do not store full card details — only a customer reference ID for managing your subscription.

API keys — We store a hashed version of your API keys. The full key is shown only once at creation and is never stored in plain text.

• To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmations, team invites, receipts).
• To monitor usage against plan limits and prevent abuse.
• To respond to support requests and communications.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We do not use your submitted code to train AI models. We do not sell your data to third parties.

We share your data only with the following trusted service providers who help us operate the Service:

• Clerk — Authentication and identity management.
• Neon / PostgreSQL — Database storage.
• Anthropic — AI model provider used to generate code reviews. Code is sent to Anthropic's API and subject to their data handling policies.
• Lemon Squeezy — Payment processing.
• Resend — Transactional email delivery.
• Vercel — Hosting and infrastructure.
• Google Analytics / Tag Manager — Anonymous usage analytics.

Each provider processes data only as necessary to fulfil their role and is bound by their own privacy and security commitments.

We retain your account data and review history for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual reviews from your dashboard at any time. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed API key storage, and access controls on our infrastructure. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

We use cookies and similar technologies to maintain your session and to collect anonymous analytics data via Google Analytics. These analytics are used to understand how the Service is used and to improve it. You can opt out of Google Analytics using browser extensions such as the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).
