Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using GetCodeReviews ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

GetCodeReviews provides an AI-powered code review platform that analyzes code for bugs, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues. The Service is available via the web application, VS Code extension, and GitHub Action integration.

You must create an account to access most features of the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

The Service offers the following subscription plans:

• Free — 10 reviews per month at no charge.
• Pro — 200 reviews per month at $29/month.
• Team — 1000 reviews per month shared across up to 5 seats at $99/month.

Review limits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused reviews do not carry over to the next month.

Paid plans are billed monthly. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

If a payment fails, access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

We offer a full refund within 7 days of your initial subscription payment if you are not satisfied with the Service. Refund requests should be sent to getcodereviews@gmail.com.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the Free plan. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period (except within the 7-day refund window).

You retain full ownership of all code you submit for review. By submitting code, you grant GetCodeReviews a limited, non-exclusive licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the review service.

Review results are stored in your account history so you can reference them later. You can delete your reviews at any time from your dashboard. We do not use your code to train AI models or share it with third parties.

API keys are available to Pro and Team subscribers. You are solely responsible for keeping your API keys secure. Do not share keys publicly or commit them to source control. If a key is compromised, revoke it immediately from your dashboard.

GetCodeReviews reserves the right to revoke API keys that are being used in violation of these terms or that pose a security risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its API.
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without our written consent.
• Submit code containing malware, exploits, or content that violates third-party rights.
• Circumvent review limits or attempt to abuse free-tier access.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated code reviews may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for independently verifying any findings before acting on them in production environments.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetCodeReviews shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not available, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
